II. RATIONALE

It was said that confining a person to a routine nature of work will render him in the long run less efficient
and less productive unless a schemed leeway be adopted to counter the declining state of physical and mental
aptitude.
Research and studies show that the one effective way to repel one’s declining physical and mental aptitude
is by indulging oneself a sweat-emitting exercise, and it further show that many persons devotedly associating
themselves in the sports profession have found it income-wise a better ground. This is one of the aspects why many
people are actively participating in every sports competition. While the youth are motivated by their desire to gain
prestige and prominence.
Thus this paper was made in order to provide logistic support to any and all activities that in some way will
foster sport constituents of people and harness the skills of those who were endowed with competitive skills in
sports and would rejuvenate the declining physical and mental aptitude of the barangay constituents due to stress and
fatigue in performing their daily routine of works.

III. OBJECTIVES
1. To provide foodstuff for the constituents and others personnel related to the evaluation.

FUNDING SOURCES:
