MINUTES OF THE INAGURAL SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN HELD AT

THE BARANGGAY HALL ON NOVEMBER 18, 2023 AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE
AFTERNOON.

1. CALL TO ORDER

The inaugural session was called to order by the Presiding Officer at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
Hon. Zeaztrixie C. Calagadmo led the prayer and was followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem and Oton Municipal Hymn.

2. ROLL CALL

A roll call was made by the Presiding Officer. All is present and the Presiding Officer then declared a
presence of quorum. The minutes of the meeting was temporarily noted by the first SK Member-elect, Hon.
Zeaztrixie C. Calagadmo.

3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES: NONE (This is the First inaugural session for Newly Elected Sangguniang
Kabataan Officials)

1. ZONING- The Sanggunian selected among its members the assigned member in charge in every
Zone, the general jurisdiction of which shall be as here as hereinafter agreed by the Sanggunian:
