RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 90,000.00)

FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3) COMPUTER SETS FOR THE BARANGAY HALL.

WHEREAS, it has been observed that there is a lack of functional computer sets in the
barangay hall for the use of barangay personnel;

WHEREAS, to better the service of the barangay personnel in serving the barangay
constituents;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ma. Merlita A. Duaso and was unanimously seconded by
the body, be it;

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to allocate the amount of ninety thousand pesos
(Php 90,000.00) for the purchase of three (3) computer sets for the barangay hall;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Barangay Officials of Galas
and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to allocate the amount of one hundred twenty
five thousand nine hundred fifty eight pesos (Php 125,958.00) for the purchase of senior citizen t-
shirt uniforms, office supplies and others;

hundred pesos (Php 16,200.00) to defray the expenses (meals and snacks) to the COVID-19
vaccination team on September 8, 2021;

WHEREAS, it is rainy season this time of the year and there is a need of such
supplies for the barangay personnel to do their job conveniently;

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ma. Merlita A. Duaso and was duly seconded by Hon. SK
Chairperson, be it;

RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to allocate the amount of five thousand pesos
(Php 5,000.00) for the purchase of raincoats, gloves and boots for the barangay personnel;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Barangay Officials of Galas
and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.
