“ RESOLUTION EXPRESSING HEARTFELT GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION

TO MR. DIONISIO DE MONTE VERDE, JENNY BANITEZ AND MRS EPIFANIA MANALO
, FOR EXTENDING THEIR SUPPORT BY GIVING A FILING CABINET, BOND PAPERS
AND INKS AND ELECTRIC FAN.

WHEREAS, this barangay is recipient of non- financial support from Mr. Dionisio
de Monte Verde, Miss Jenny Benitez and Mrs. Epifania B. Manalo, to be use by the Lupon
Tagapamayapa;

WHEREAS, the member of this august body expresses its thanks and
appreciation for supporting this office, thus it to celebrate in a most memorable and
significant way.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion unanimously presented and approved.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Lupon Tagapamayapa of this

barangay is hereby expressed the heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the support
extended to Mr. Dionisio de Monte Verde, Miss Jenny Benitez and Mrs. Epifania B.
Manalo.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned

for their information and guidance
