RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY OF GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY, ELMER B.

VALLECER TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE
BARANGAY GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY WITH THE CITY SAVINGS BANK (DIPOLOG BRANCH) WITH
REGARDS TO THE MULTI-PURPOSE LOAN FACILITY OF THE EMPLOYEES THROUGH SALARY
DEDUCTION.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Maria Merlita A. Duaso and was unanimously seconded by
the body, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to authorize the Punong Barangay of Galas,
Dipolog City, Elmer B. Vallecer to enter into a memorandum of agreement by and between the
Barangay Galas, Dipolog City with the City Savings Bank (Dipolog Branch) with regards to the multi-
purpose loan facility of the employees through salary deduction;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the City Savings Bank (Dipolog
Branch), Barangay Officials of Galas and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION RELEASING THE 1% BARANGAY SHARE OF THE SENIOR CITIZEN FOR THE YEAR
2021 FROM THE BARANGAY GALAS IRA IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT PESOS (PHP 125,958.00).
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Florentina C. Martinez and was duly seconded by Hon.
Duaso, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to release the 1% barangay share of the senior
citizen for the year 2021 from the barangay galas in the amount of one hundred twenty five
thousand nine hundred fifty eight pesos (Php 125,958.00);
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Barangay Officials of Galas
and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MR. DARREN A. CADUYAC TO APPLY PERMIT TO CUT ONE (1)
PIECE OF COCONUT TREE LOCATED AT SITIO NORTH PROPER, GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY FOR IT
IS HAZARDOUS TO LIFE AND PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, after an ocular inspection of the barangay council, the said coconut tree was
found to be hazardous to life and property;
WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation of the body and upon motion of Hon. Ma. Merlita
A. Duaso and
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ma. Merlita A. Duaso and was duly seconded by the body,
be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, to authorize Mr. Darren A. Caduyac to apply
permit to cut one (1) piece of coconut tree located at sitio north proper, galas, Dipolog city for it is
hazardous to life and property ;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to Mr. Darren A. Caduyac, the
Barangay Officials of Galas and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.
