MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF GALAS HELD AT

BARANGAY SESSION HALL, GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY ON DECEMBER 15, 2021 AT 1:30
P.M.

The Special Session of the Barangay Council of Galas was called to order by the
Chairman, Hon. Elmer B. Vallecer.

The opening prayer was led by Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustaliñ o.

Roll call followed after the opening prayer.

Absent:
None

Since all members of the council was present, the Chairman declared the special
session as quorum. After the Chairman declared quorum, he presented to the council the
main purpose of the Special Session, which is the discussion regarding the resolution no,
0119, series of 2021 in which states: resolution realigning the amount of two hundred
seventy five thousand pesos (Php 275,000.00) for the Collective Negotiation Agreement
(CNA) Incentive for FY 2021 that will be taken from the traveling expenses (Php
100,000.00), repair and maintenance – Barangay Hall (Php 10,000.00) Office equipment
(Php 10,000.00), IT equipment (Php 10,000.00), CCTV (Php 100,000.00), Barangay Vehicle
(Php 45,000.00).

After hearing Chairman, the body agreed to claim the Collective Negotiation
Agreement (CNA) Incentive for FY 2021 and if by any chance, the Commission on Audit
would disallow the abovementioned budget, the council agreed to refund the claim
individually.

Finally, the Special Session was declared adjourn by the Chairman at 2:00 P.M.
through the motion of Hon. Duaso and was duly seconded by Hon. Osorio. The closing
prayer was led by Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustaliñ o.
