SK RESOLUTION No. 003 Series of 2024

A RESOLUTION ON SUPPORTING THE ENHANCEMENT OF OUTDOOR VOLLEYBALL
GROUND IN BARANGAY TANGCULOGAN, BAIS CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS Barangay Tangculogan is home to a vibrant and active population, particularly among its
youth, who greatly value opportunities for outdoor recreation and sports; and

WHEREAS the enhancement of outdoor volleyball ground in Barangay Tangculogan aligns with the
commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among
residents, particularly the youth; and

WHEREAS the outdoor volleyball court near the barangay hall serves as a focal point for youth
engagement, friendly competition, and community building, necessitating the maintenance and
improvement of its surface for safety and quality of play;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Tangculogan hereby seeks the
support of Hon. Luigi Marcel Goni, Bais City Mayor, in providing the necessary resources, specifically
sand and gravel, to maintain and enhance the outdoor volleyball court;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assistance of Hon. Luigi Marcel Goni, in securing sand and
gravel for the outdoor volleyball court is crucial to improving recreational opportunities for residents and
demonstrating commitment to the well-being and development of Barangay Tangculogan's youth;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) expresses its gratitude to Hon.
Luigi Marcel Goni for their anticipated support in this endeavor, which will contribute to fostering
community pride and promoting healthy lifestyles among residents;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned.
