A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CONGRESSMAN

SALVADOR “ADOR” PLEYTO, REPRESENTATIVE 6TH DISTRICT OF BULACAN FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT/INSTALLATION OF LAMP POSTS SOLAR LIGHTS FOR THE ENTIRE SITIO
ROADS OF BARANGAY BIGTE, NORZAGARAY, BULACAN.
WHEREAS, Barangay Bigte is in need of solar street lightings and thus, prioritizes the establishment of
such;
WHEREAS, the installation of solar street lights not only on major thoroughfares but also on roads
leading to the barangays would conveniently serve motorists for better visibility during the night, even on
blackouts, and to prevent imminent accidents. Moreover, its usage yields lesser electricity expenses for the
barangay ;
WHEREAS, due to off-grid nature of solar street lights - this incur minimal operational costs, a delight
for environmentalists around the world as it can provide significant lowering of carbon footprint of individuals,
homes and businesses;
WHEREAS, solar street lights are wireless in nature and are independent of the utility company
compared to conventional street lights, solar street lights require almost zero maintenance, and due to the
absence of external wires, these lights do not pose any threat of accidents like electrocution, strangulation and
overheating, and in fact, illuminate the streets throughout the night irrespective of power cuts and grid failures;
WHEREAS, considering that the above-mentioned priority project of Barangay Bigte needs millions of
money in order to establish, it is being hoped and prayed that through the Honorable Congressman Salvador
“Ador” Pleyto could provide to realize these direly needed project for the welfare of the people.
Now, therefore, on motion of Hon. Alberto DM. Cruz., duly seconded by Hon. Dennis R. Condat and
carried unanimously by the Members of the Sangguniang Barangay Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan presents and
assembled,
RESOLVED, to REQUEST the Honorable Congressman Salvador “Ador” Pleyto for the
establishment/installation of lamp posts solar lights for the entire sitio roads of Barangay Bigte, Norzagaray,
Bulacan.

RESOLVED, FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution to Hon. Congressman Salvador “Ador”
Pleyto for his utmost consideration.
