BOARD ROOM, TCMPC VILLAGE BRGY. LUNA, TUY, BATANGAS.

RESOLUTION NO. 2.5 SERIES OF 2023

“A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MS. BERNADETTE C. PERRERAS AS THE AUTHORIZED

PERSON TO TRANSACT WITH BIR-CALASIAO, PANGASINAN INTENDED FOR THE
DOCUMENTS OF DEED OF DONATION OF JOSEFINA VILLAGE TO SAN CARLOS
WATER DISTRICT.”

WHEREAS, the officers of TCMPC on its Special Board Meeting agreed to appoint Ms. Bernadette C.
Perreras to transact and submit appropriate documents to BIR- CALASIAO, PANGASINAN concerning
the Deed of Donation executed by TCMPC JOSEFINA VILLAGE to SAN CARLOS CITY WATER
DISTRICT;

WHEREAS, Ms. Bernadette C. Perreras is authorized to execute, sign and deliver any documents or
papers with BIR- CALASIAO, PANGASIAN to fully carry out the abovementioned authorization.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Ms. Bernadette C. Perreras be the authorized

person to transact with BIR-CALASIAO, PANGASINAN intended for the documents of Deed of
Donation of Josefina Village to San Carlos Water District.”

RESOLVED FURTHER; that copies of this resolution be forwarded to TCMPC- San Carlos
City Brance office, JOSEFINA VILLAGE.
