“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MR. RAUL M. NAZARENO, MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING OFFICER

TO ALLOW A RE-ALIGNMENT BUDGET FROM SK 10% FUND BUDGET WORTH OF TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php10, 000.00) TO PURCHASE SK COUNCIL UNIFORM.”

WHEREAS, the SK Council of Barangay Tagasaka initiates to purchase uniform in

celebration to the Year-End online Competition 2021.
WHEREAS, the SK Council of Barangay Tagasaka does not have uniform for this year
2021-2022.

WHEREAS, the SK Council approved the plan of purchasing SK Council uniform for this
year 2021-2022.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Glorife E. Riveral, Sports Development Committee

Chairwoman., duly seconded by all members present, BE IT;
RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved to pass as this body herby passed “A RESOLUTION

REQUESTING MR. RAUL M. NAZARENO, MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING OFFICER TO ALLOW A RE-
ALIGNMENT BUDGET FROM SK 10% FUND WORTH OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10, 000.00)
TO PURCHASE SK COUNCIL UNIFORM.”
RESOLVE FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of Municipal

Accounting Officer Mr. Raul Nazareno for his guidance and favorable action.

purchasing Flood lights for Barangay Tagasaka Gymnasium.
WHEREAS, the SK Council of Barangay Tagasaka witnessed the darkness of the barangay
gymnasium and it is not comfortable place to play with, since lightnings are poor.
