ABARRO OPEN, DEPOSIT, AND WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK,
SK – Councilor OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES (DBP) -PANGANIBAN, NAGA CITY BRANCH AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES REGARDING THE ACCOUNT OF BRGY. SAN JOSE,

BALAQUIAO WHEREAS, the passage of Republic Act 10742 also known as “SK Reform Act of
SK – Councilor 2015” provides for the establishment of Sangguniang Kabataan. Its main purpose is
to afford the youth a medium to effectively express their views and opinions and to
participate in barangay governance. In order to fulfil its mandate to uplift the general

transactions to be made by the federation.

CARRIDO WHEREAS, it is a noble intention of the Sangguniang Kabataan of barangay San
SK – Councilor Jose to safeguard all the funds that may be collected by the SK Municipal of Provincial
in the exercise of its power an as well as those shares coming from the lower
federation.

SEGOVIA WHEREAS, Development Bank of the Philippines – Panganiban, Naga City Branch
SK – Councilor shall be the official depository bank of BRGY. SAN JOSE SK since the seat of the
BRGY SAN JOSE is situated at Bombon;

BERSABAL WHEREAS, Hon. Marijoe R. San Juan and Christian Rey H. basilan are hereby
SK – Councilor authorize to OPEN, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE
CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES (DBP) and shall be the official signatories of all the transactions to
be made under the account of Brgy. San Jose SK by the virtue of being elected officers
of the federation.

SK – Chairperson NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Maika L. Segovia and duly seconded by
all the members present to pass and approve “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE SK CHAIRPERSON, MARIJOE R. SAN JUAN AND SK TREASURER,
CHRISTIAN REY H. BASILAN TO OPEN, DEPOSIT, AND WITHDRAW,
ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE
DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP)”.
