Series of 2020

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPRHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH

DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) FOR THE COMULATIVE CALENDAR YEAR FROM
2020-2022 OF BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL, RODRIGUEZ, RIZAL.

WHEREAS, in compliance with RA 10742 An Act Establishing Reforms in the Sangguniang

Kabataan Creating Enabling Mechanisms for Meaningful Youth Participation in Nation-Building,
and For Other Purposes or commonly known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015;

WHEREAS, as specified in Section 8 Powers and Functions of the Sangguniang Kabataan

paragraph (a) The Sangguniang Kabataan shall in consultation and with the concurrence of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan and within three (3) months from assumption of office, formulate a three (3)-
year rolling plan, which shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
(CBYDP), which shall serve as basis in the preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program. This plan shall be aligned with the Philippines Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and other
Local Youth Development Plans in every level, municipal, city and provincial as is relevant;

WHEREAS, as it is particularized in Section 12 Powers and Functions of the Sangguniang

Kabataan Chairperson paragraph (b) of RA 10742 The Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson shall
exercise such powers and discharge such duties as follows: Take the lead in the formulation of the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan and in the preparation and implementation of the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program;

 WHEREAS, within 3 months from assumption of Office, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of
Barangay San Rafael headed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson formulated a 3-year rolling
plan consisting of proposed projects, programs and activities which focuses on youth development;

WHEREAS, the proposed programs, projects and activities which concentrated on the 9 centers
of youth development as established in the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the
Municipality’s Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) were presented to the Katipunan ng Kabataan
during the Feeding and Gift-giving Program of our Third Katipunan ng Kabataan General Assembly
held last February 09, 2020, 8:00 o’clock in the morning at P. Rodriguez St., Barangay San Rafael,
Rodriguez, Rizal;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Jessica Torres, duly seconded by SK

Kagawad Eunice V. Santos;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, through the consultation and concurrence of the

Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay San Rafael and as duly approved by the Office of the
Sangguniang Kabataan, the priority programs, plans and activities will be enclosed in the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and shall be implemented within the
cumulative calendar year from 2020 - 2022 as per attached;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Punong
Barangay, Office of the Local Youth Development Officer, Office of the Department of Interior and
Local Government, Office of the Municipal Accountant and other concerned, all of Montalban, Rizal
for their information and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN

(ABYIP) FOR THE COMULATIVE CALENDAR YEAR FROM 2020-2022 OF BARANGAY
SAN RAFAEL, RODRIGUEZ, RIZAL.

WHEREAS, the Honorable SK Chairman Marlo C. Lentijas of Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez,
Rizal, submitted to the Sangguniang Kabataan Council the Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program (ABYIP) for CY 2020 of Barangay San Rafael for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the proposed Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) of Barangay
San Rafael, Rodriguez, Rizal, for CY 2020 was found to be in order and necessary to the effective
delivery of Youth Development and Empowerment Program of Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez,
Rizal;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Jessica Torres, duly seconded by SK

Kagawad Eunice V. Santos;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, through the consultation and concurrence of the

Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay San Rafael and as duly approved by the Office of the
