RESOLUTION NO.12-01, S-2021

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL

BARANGAY YOUTH COUNCIL FUND OF BARANGAY PUERTO RIVAS IBABA AS
APPROPRIATED IN THE 2020 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET AMOUNTING TO
SEVEN HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND
20/100 (P 712,609.20).

WHEREAS, the Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay Puerto Rivas Ibaba identify which
program and plans need to be funded;

WHEREAS, the Propose Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Investment Program;

composed of one year framework is the priority of the said fund;

WHEREAS, after careful deliberations on the merits of this undertaking.

And now Therefore, upon motion of Kagawad Jhomel V. Valencia and duly
seconded by Kagawad John Patrick Z. Vergara; be it.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved; the Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan

of Puerto Rivas Ibaba unanimously approved the proposed fund appropriated for the
Priority and Development to be described (see list attached) in the Annual Budget of
Barangay Puerto Rivas Ibaba for year 2022.

RESOLUTION NO. 12-01, S-2021

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance, to wit:

Resolved further, that copies of this Resolution be sent to the Office of City Mayor,
Accounting Office, Budget Office and the Office of the DILG for their information and appropriate
action.
