RESOLUTION NO. 04-2020
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 OF
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY CATUNGAN-BUGAROT, SAN JOSE DB.
ANTIQUE ON THE 1st DAY OF NOVEMBER 2020 AT THE MULTI-PURPOSE HALL.
WHEREAS, Section 329 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 states
that 10% of the General Fund of the Barangay shall set aside for the Sangguniang Kabataan;
WHEREAS, Article XI of the 2019 of the Katipunan ng Kabataan and Sangguniang Kabataan Constitution and
By-laws provide guidelines for the allocation of SK Funds;
WHEREAS, Section [Link] of Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) no. 1 series of 2019, state that the SK
annual budget, which is the financial plan embodying the estimates of the income and expenditures of the SK
for one (1) fiscal year, shall be prepared in accordance with the approved ABYIP and in Section [Link] states
that the SK Chairperson, with the assistance of the SK Treasurer shall prepare the SK annual budget consisting
the following; (i) estimates of income; and (ii) expenditure program.
WHEREAS, the SK Chairperson together with the assistance of the SK Treasurer prepared the SK Annual
Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Catungan-Bugarot, San Jose, dB Antique from the period of
January 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 based on the approved Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program
(ABYIP) last 18th day of October 2020 , in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty Five Pesos and 20/100 (Php 234, 285.20) and presented the same for consideration of this honorable
body.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by SK Kagawad . John Lery Dayrit and seconded by SK Kagawad
Julius Roel S. Dayrit, be it
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved the approving of the SK Annual Budget for the Calendar Year 2021
of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Catungan – Bugarot San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish the copy of this Resolution No. 04 -2020, the SK Municipal Federation
President, the Municipal Accountant, the Municipal Budget Officer, the Office of MLGOO, Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan and the office of Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy. Catungan – Bugarot San Jose de
Buenavista, Antique for their information and guidance of action.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
