RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MARC EDWIN Q. SANTOS, SK CHAIRPERSON AND

ANGELINE D. LOPEZ, SK TREASURER OF BARANGAY SARANAY, CABATUAN, ISABELA AS
SIGNATORIES AND TRANSACT AT LBP CAUAYAN BRANCH, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA.

WHEREAS, during our regular session dated December 14, 2023 and one of the agenda was the
authorization of MARC EDWIN Q. SANTOS AND ANGELINE D. LOPEZ of Barangay Saranay,
Cabatuan, Isabela as signatories with all the transactions at LBP Cauayan Branch, Cauayan City,
Isabela;

WHEREAS, the new signatories of Barangay Saranay, Cabatuan, Isabela with account no. ________
maintained at Land bank of the Philippines, Cauayan City Branch are the following MARC
EDWIN Q. SANTOS - SK Chairperson and ANGELINE D. LOPEZ - SK Treasurer.

WHEREAS, upon proper coordination with appropriate authorities and concerned persons, it was a
unanimous decision to give full authority to the above-mentioned names;

WHEREFORE, upon unanimouse accord, it was-

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorized the SK - CHAIRMAN and SK - TREASURER of

Barangay Saranay, Cabatuan, Isabela as signatories and transact at LBP Cauayan Branch, Cauayan
City, Isabela;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Land Bank of the Philippines
Cauayan Branch, Cauayan City, Isabela, for their information and appropiate action.
