DECENA AND SK TREASURER CLAIRE ANNE BALTAZAR AS AUTHORIZED
SIGNATORIES OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TRANSACTION WITH
LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, PASAY CITY BRANCH EFFECTIVE
JANUARY 10, 2020

WHEREAS, the elected SK Chairwoman JOHANNA LOUISSE D. DECENA and

appointed SK treasurer CLAIRE ANNE BALTAZAR of Barangay 28 Zone 04 are the
authorized signatories for all transactions with LAND BANK of the Philippines with Checking
Account No. ______________;

NOW THERFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, by all the Members of the

Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 28 Zone 04, in the session duly assembled, authorizing SK
Chairwoman JOHANNA LOUISSE D. DECENA and SK Treasurer CLAIRE ANNE
BALTAZAR as authorized signatories with Land Bank of the Philippines.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of resolution be furnished to the offices

concerned.
