RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON DIVINE FRANCE S. RAÑA AND SK

TREASURER JOSHUA E. HABANA TO OPEN, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR
NEGOTIATE CHECK. OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES-PILI
BRANCH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES REGARDING THE ACCOUNT OF- SK SAN ROQUE
POBLACION BULA, CAMARINES SUR

WHEREA The passage of Republic Act 10742, also known as the “SK Reform Act of
S, 2015”, provides for the establishment of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) with
the main purpose of affording the youth a medium to effectively express
their views and opinions and to participate in barangay governance;

WHEREA Based on REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING REPUBLIC

S, ACT (RA) NO. 10742, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN REFORM ACT OF 2015”, AS AMENDED BY RA NO. 11768- SEC
20. SK Funds. – article (b) The SK shall have financial independence in its
operations, disbursements, and encashment of its funds, income, and
expenditures. As such, the SK funds shall be deposited in the name of the
SK of the concerned barangay in a government-owned bank situated in or
nearest to its area of jurisdiction with the SK chairperson and the SK
treasurer as the official signatories;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of

Barangay San Roque Población, Bula, that:

SECTION The SK Chairperson, Divine France S. Raña, and SK Treasurer, Joshua

1. E. Habana, are hereby authorized to open, deposit, withdraw, endorse,
or negotiate checks, and otherwise deal with the Landbank of the
Philippines – Pili Branch, regarding the account of SK San Roque
Población, Bula.

SECTION The aforementioned authority shall be exercised in accordance with the

2. policies, rules, and regulations of the Landbank of the Philippines, and in
compliance with all applicable laws.
SECTION This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Punong Barangay for her
information and guidance, to the Sangguniang Barangay for appropriate action, and to all
concernedparties for their information and compliance.
