MS. ALONY BABE C. LIWAO A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. JOEM
SK Treasurer M. LACO AS THE SK SECRETARY EFFECTIVE JULY 14, 2018 OF
BARANGAY LUNEN

WHEREAS, the RA 10742 also known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter 2 Section 13
paragraph (f) states that the SK Chairperson, with the concurrence of
the SK, has the power to appoint among the members of the Katipunan
ng Kabataan a secretary;

WHEREAS, the SK Chairperson presented to the Honorable

Body his appointed SK Secretary, Mr. Joem M. Laco;

WHEREAS, after the discussion and deliberation of the

presentation, the Honorable Body agreed and approved the
appointment of the SK Secretary;

WHEREFORE, upon motion of Kgd. Rona Jean M. Dala and

duly seconded by Kgd. Stefanie A. Dasan, be it.

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, TO CONCUR THE

APPOINTMENT OF MR. JOEM M. LACO AS THE SK SECRETARY
EFFECTIVE JULY 14, 2018 OF BARANGAY LUNEN

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be

furnished to all concerned offices for appropriate action, information
and guidance.
 I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing
resolution.
