Purok 5 Antipolo is one of the Purok in Barangay Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro that
needs rehabilitation and improvement of their multi-purpose building. In 2019, Purok
Antipolo rank 3 of Barangay’s distinction in Seal of Goof Local Governance in Purok on
their implementation of various services such as peace and order, anti-drugs campaign,
nutrition and health programs, sanitation and environmental programs and other
matters.

In view of this matter, we would like to request your office materials for Purok multi-
