A SANGGUNIANG PAMBARANGAY RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING TO

PURCHASE CLOSE CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTY) FROM THE MAINTENANCE
OPERATING AND OTHER EXPENDITURES (MOOE)

WHEREAS, the amount of Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (₱27,000.00) be used to purchase

Close Circuit Television (CCTV);
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Pambarangay members assembled in session to use the MOOE
amounting to Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (₱27,000.00) to purchase Close Circuit Television
(CCTV);
WHEREAS, the body needs to purchase Close Circuit Television (CCTV) to monitor various
activities of the constituents;
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT, AS IT IS, to use the MOOE Fund amounting to Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos
(₱27,000.00) to purchase Close Circuit Television (CCTV) for the barangay;
RESOLVED FURTHER to forward copies of this resolution to the offices concerned.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 17th day of August 2021 at the Sangguniang
Pambarangay Session Hall, Cato, Tuao, Cagayan.
