EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 06

Series of 2022

Subject: Constitution of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Del Pilar

Pursuant to Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and
its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of
Barangay Del Pilar, Mabini, Davao De Oro, is hereby constituted as follows:

Section 1. Composition – The Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be

composed of the following:

1. HON. EMILIO O. MELECIO - Punong Barangay

2. HON. EDILBERTO R. TEMBLOR
3. HON. EL BRIAN JOHN R. BUNAYOG -
4. HON. RUEL D. ESGUERRA
5. HON. RESTITUTO A. JAMO-AY
6. HON. LILIA R. MANIGSACA
7. HON. BIBIANO F. BUNAYOG
8. HON. WILFREDO M. BUNYAGAN
9. HON. HERWIN P. ANDIGAN
10. HON. DENZEL R. RAZONABLE
11. MS. AJELANDRA D. ONA
12. MR. JERRY M. BUNYAGAN
13. MR. PRISCO C. MELENDRES
14. MR. FELIMON A. JAMO-AY
15. MS. LENY ROSE BARUIZ

Section 2. Function of BDC – The BDC shall have the following functions:

1. Mobilize people’s participation in local development efforts;

2. Prepare Barangay Development Plans based on local requirements;
3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national or local programs and projects;
and
4. Perform such other functions as may be provided by law or competent authority.

Section 3. BDC Executive Committee - The BDC Executive Committee shall likewise
be constituted with the following composition:

1. HON. EMILIO O. MELECIO - Punong Barangay

2. HON. RUEL D. ESGUERRA - Sangguniang Barangay Member
3. MR. PRISCO C. MELENDRES - Purok Federation President
 Section 4. Functions of the BDC Executive Committee - The BDC Executive Committee
shall have the following functions:

1. Ensure that the decision of the council will faithfully carried out and implemented;
2. Act on matters requiring immediate attention or action by the council;
3. Formulate policies, plans and programs based on the general principles laid down by
the council; and
4. Act on other matters that may be authorized by the council.

Section 5. BDC Secretariat – The BDC Secretariat shall be created, composed by the
following:

1. MS. KESELY M. ESGUERRA - Barangay Secretary

2. MRS. FLORDELIZA M. VICENTE - Member
3. MRS. REAH S. MARTEL - Member

Section 6. Functions of the BDC Secretariat – The BDC Secretariat shall have the
following functions:

1. Provide technical support to BDC;

2. Document of the council’s proceedings;
3. Prepare of the council’s report; and
4. Other assistance as may be required in the discharge of its functions.

Section 7. Effectivity – This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
