EXECUTIVE ORDER
No. 1 Series of 2021

Subject: constitution of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Pamucutan

Pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the local Government code of 1991 and its
implementing rules and regulations, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of the Barangay
Pamucutan Zamboanga City is Hereby Constituted as follows;

Section 1 Composition- the Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be compose the following

1. Hon. Roberto V. Carpio Punong Barangay – Chairperson

2. Hon. Melanie C. Abella SB Member – Member
3. Hon. Roger G. Caguimbal SB Member-Member
4. Hon. Edilberto E. Edil SB Member- Member
5. Hon. Alberto B. Bantay SB Member -Member
6. Hon. Rosalyn A. Abdul SB Member -Member
7. Hon.Carlos M. Serna jr. SB Member-Member
8. Hon. Leo F. Mendoza SB Member-Member
9. Hon. Adriene Joyce I. Catalogo SK Chairperson -Member
10. Mrs. Merie an C. Serna Representative (NGO)- Member
11. Mrs. Olivia Somblingo Representative (NGO)-Member
12. Mrs. Bernadeth Dela Serna Representative (NGO)-Member
13. Representative (Congressman Jawo Jimenez)

Section 2. Functions of BDC shall have the following functions:

1. Mobilize Peoples Participations in local development efforts

2. Prepare Barangay Development Plans for base on local requirements;
3. Monitoring and evaluate the implementation of the National or local programs and projects and
4. Perform Such other functions as may be provided by the Law or competent authority

Section 3. BDC executive committee the BDC Committee shall likewise be constituted awith the
following Composition.

1. Hon. Roberto V. Carpio Punong Barangay- Chairperson

2. Hon. Alberto B. Bantay SB Member- Member
3. Mrs. Marie An C. Serna Representative- (NGO) Member

Section 4. Function of BDC Executive committee- the BDC Execomm shall have the following
functions
1. Ensure that the decision of the council are faithfully carried out and implemented
2. Act on matters requiring immediate attention or action by the council
3. Formulate Policies Plans and Programs based on the General principles laid down by the
council; and,
4. Act on other matters that may be authorized by the Council

Section 5. BDC Secretariat-the BDC secretariat shall be created by the following

1. Susan S. Bautista – Barangay Secretary -Chairperson

2. Melanie C. Abella- Member
3. Marie An C. Serna -Member
4. Bernadette Dela Serna – Member
5. Solito P. Rojas – Member
Section 6. functions of BDC Secretariat – the BDC Secretariat shall have the following Functions

1. Provide technical support of BDC

2. Document of the Council’s Proceedings
3. Prepare of the Council’s Reports and
4. Other assistance as may be required in the discharge of its functions

Section 5. Effectivity this order shall take effect immediately.
