The meeting started at 1:00 P.M. with a prayer headed by Mrs. Marietta

Vice President. An energizer, led by Venus Jaleco.

Mrs. Liza C. Jacosalem, School Head, started the Focused Group

Discussion (FGD). She asked for the Priority Projects on the Access, Quality
and Governance.

Barangay Captain Timmy Pielago and the Barangay Council pledged

medicines worth five thousand pesos (Php 5, 000) and fifteen thousand pesos
(Php 15,000) to augment for the purchase of electric motor and installation of
water connection from Kindergarten to Grade 6 classrooms for School Year
2019. It was motioned by Barangay Kagawad Dimson Gahap and duly
seconded by Kagawad Glen P. Jornadal.
Mrs Julieta Galapin, suggested to submit project proposal to the office
of the Barangay Council on or before last week of August. In motion of Mrs.
Jonalyn P. Malan and dully seconded by Mrs. Jayne G. Bitamor.

Kagawad Glen Jornadal, suggested for a pathwalk with a canopy for the
benefit of school children for according to him “Ang mga buildings mag dugay
nagaka guba, pero ang edukasyon magapabilin kag magamit sang aton
kabataan, ini maangkon kon magpabilin nga malayo sa sakit ang mga
kabataan.” SPG President, Arianne Malleriado suggested that “Id- idon ang
pag segregar sang basura .” In motion of PTA President Russel Bernas and

lack of budget. According to Mrs. Liza C. Jacosalem, if the 800 bottle bricks
required by the First Balfour Corporation and Manila Energy Corporation, the
communal comfort room and wash facility will be materialized.

Mrs. Liza L. Jornadal, asked the help of the Barangay Council to help to
address the problem of the school for non- readers and slow readers, summer
remedial classes will be conducted. Mrs Jonalyn Malan also suggested a
support staff to lessen the burden of teachers for school reports to maximize
their time in teaching. She also suggested to have enough time in making
SIM’s. Mrs. Jayne Bitamor added, INSET’s schedule and semestral break will
be utilized in making SIM’s.

Mrs. Girlie Gonzales, barangay Secretary said, she will check their
BCPC Plan and will find a way to help solve the said problem through “Para sa

naga nubo ila resistensiya sa pagpamati sa leksiyon bangod sa ila gina bakal
sa tyangge nga unhealthy snacks.” They asked the barangay council to make
