RESOLUTION NO. 01
(Series of 2016)

A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING DR. WILFREDA BONGALOS, PH.D. CESO

VI, SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, BOHOL PROVINCE, TO PROVIDE NEW ITEM OF
TEACHER TO HANDLE IN GRADE VI OF KABASACAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, Kabasacan Primary School has been raised to Elementary School since the
opening of school year 2016- 2017, wherein , the opening of grade V & VI also requires an additional
teacher to compensate the needs;

WHEREAS, combination of classes has been done to accommodate all grades at elementary
level and this might be a factor of lowering the quality of learning among students;

WHEREFORE, the body in joint meeting duly called and assembled, has;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to respectfully request Dr. Wilfreda D. Bongalos,

Schools Division Superintendent, Province of Bohol, to provide new item of teacher to handle in grade VI
of Kabasacan Elementary School.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to Dr. Wilfreda D. Bongalos
and all concerned offices for information, guidance and appropriate action.
