RESOLUTION NO. 2 s.. 2024

‘” A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OPENING OF EMERGENCY EXIT

GATE AT KAUSWAGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, KAUSWAGAN
LANAO DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors
at Kauswagan Central Elementary School is of paramount importance;

WHEREAS, emergencies may arise that necessitate quick and unimpeded

access to exit points for evacuation purposes;

WHEREAS, it has been observed that the current emergency exit gate at
Kauswagan Central Elementary School is not easily accessible or open for
emergency situations;
 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the School Governing Council
formally requests the opening of the emergency exit gate at Kauswagan Central
Elementary School to enhance the safety measures in case of emergencies;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the responsible authorities, including

school administrators and relevant personnel, take immediate action to ensure that
the emergency exit gate is functional, well-maintained, and easily accessible during
emergency situations;

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution be communicated to the

school administration, local education authorities, and any other relevant parties to
facilitate prompt action in addressing this matter.

RESOLUTION NO. 1 s.. 2024

Resolution: We, the parents of students attending Kauswagan Central Elementary

School, hereby resolve to collect a contribution of 50 pesos per parent to fund the

construction of a much-needed lunchshade on the school premises. In a meeting

held on [date], the parents unanimously agreed to this financial commitment,

recognizing the significance of providing a shaded area for our children during

lunchtime. We commit to ensuring transparency in the collection process and pledge

to collaborate with the school administration for the successful implementation of

this project. This resolution is enacted on [date], with the shared goal of enhancing

our children's well-being and creating a more comfortable environment for them at

Kauswagan Central Elementary School.
