Executive Order No. 02

CREATION OF BARANGAY HEALTH EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAMS (BHERT) IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, SAGBAYAN,
BOHOL.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16 of the General Welfare Clause of the Local Government Code, Local
Government Units are charged with the promotion of health and safety within their respective territorial jurisction;

WHEREAS, in line with the DILG Advisory with Subject Quarantine Requirements for COVID-19 Cases and the
Creation of Contact Tracing Teams at the barangay level;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VICTOR B. RAMOS Punong Barangay of San Isidro, Sagbayan, Bohol by virtue of the
powers vested in me by law do hereby follow the composition of the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team
(BHERT) as follows:

Section 1. Composition

CHAIRPERSON: Punong Barangay VICTOR B. RAMOS

Section 2. Duties and Functions

a) To identify all persons with known exposure to a COVID-19 patient;
b) Ensure the said persons strictly observe appropriate home quarantine measures or properly situated in
Barangay-managed isolation facilities;
c) Monitor the status of probable, suspected and confirmed cases within the barangay.
d) Assist COVID-19 Vaccination

Section 3. EFFECTIVITY.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
