3rd Quarterly Meeting on 21 September 2023, Thursday, 1:00 PM at the Mangyan Hall, Provincial
Capitol Complex, Camilmil, Calapan City.

Relative to this, may we respectfully request your or your City/Municipal ENRO to attend the said
meeting, wherein the following agenda will be discussed:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting

2. Matters arising from the previous meeting
3. Business of the meeting:
• Report of Member-Agencies for July-September 2023
- Complaints/Illegal activities acted on and other related complaints

4. Other matters
