Good day!

I am writing to formally inform you that I would not be able to participate in the National
Achievement Test (NAT) that will be conducted on January 30-31,2023 because I will be
participating the entrance examination that will be conducted in Cebu Normal University at
Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City on February 01,2023, and on the same day as the National
Achievement Test (NAT) examination I will be complying the requirements needed to
participate in the examination.

I am asking for permission to move my examination on our National Achievement Test

(NAT) date if possible, for it clashes with the entrance examination date at Cebu Normal
University, or if there will be another possible solutions regarding this problem, I would
want to ask for alternatives on how I will take my National Achievement Test (NAT)
examination.
