    Ma’am/Sir:

    I am writing this letter for the reason that I will be taking my college entrance test at
    Bohol Island State University today at 1:30 P.M. I had to go to the venue early so that I
    can be comfortable with the place.
    For me to be able to save time, I hope that you will excuse me from your class today.
    Rest assured that whatever quizzes or activities I will miss today will have complied
    once I will be back at school.
    Should you have any questions, you may ask my sister April Rose Partos from Grade
    10-SPC, or you may call my mother Julieta Partos at 0967 746 7432. Hoping for your
