RE. AN APOLOGY NOT TO ATTEND KSTVET TRAINING ON 11.12.2023

the training meeting scheduled for 11th December 2023.

Unfortunately, I am currently in the midst of my exams at KSTVET, which demand my utmost attention
and dedication. The examination period has proven to be more intensive than anticipated, and I find
myself engrossed in my studies to ensure successful completion.

I understand the importance of the training meeting at Mathenge College and deeply regret not being
able to participate. I recognize the value of the information and insights that will be shared during the
session, and I am disappointed to miss out on this opportunity.

I assure you that I am committed to making up for the missed training session. I am willing to review any
materials provided or attend a makeup session if available. Additionally, I will ensure to communicate
with my colleagues to obtain any relevant information discussed during the meeting.
