formally inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, I will not be able to attend the CBSE LOC
(List of Candidates) verification process scheduled for 31 August 2023.

I understand the importance of the CBSE LOC verification, and I assure you of my full cooperation in
ensuring that all necessary documents and information are provided for the verification process. In
lieu of my absence, I hereby authorize Mr. Narendra L to represent me and my child during the
