Dear Mr. Lugo,

I am writing this letter to inform you the reason of my absence last Friday on February
10, 2023, during your class.

The reason for my absence Sir was that, my older sister had her graduation pictorial
and she was scheduled on that day at exactly 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. She was late to
informed us that a family portrait was included on her package. That was the reason
why I was not present during your class. Pardon me for that was the first time our family
will have a member who will graduate, my presence is badly needed and we were
looking forward to that family picture.

I informed our class mayor about this matter and I hope he relayed it to you. I was also
informed that the class had an activity or role play about the Benefits of Special and
Inclusive Education in which I was not able to participate.
I understand the importance of the attendance Sir and I apologize for any disruption this
absence may/have caused you. I write this letter to ask you for a consideration and that
may I have the chance to ask for another activity to make up with my absence.

If you have any further questions of concerns, please do call my attention Sir. Thank
you for your understanding, Teacher G!
