businesses and asked someone or ourselves on how is it even relate to social sciences. There is
actually more about human resource management if we dig deeper with what we have discussed

highest potential.  Its scope covers re-skilling and upskilling the workforce on all types of
behaviors, as well as skills, as well as the assessment of the gaps that exist from a learning level
perspective. They are the set of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business
sector, industry, or even economy.

Therefore, I must say that studying human resource management helps professionals to
effectively assess the relevant candidates based on personal traits and critical skills required for
the job and that's what makes it relevant to social sciences. As a student of a social studies major,
learning human resource management really widens my knowledge. Since this management
involves studying how people relate. As such, it represents one aspect of the larger study of how
people relate or social sciences. For instance, HR management requires an understanding of how
groups of people interact in the workplace, which is also a concern of the social sciences.
Management can be seen as relating to sociology and economics, as well as to political science.
Hence, topics in human resource management covers how to produce positive growth. Most
importantly, this also give us a better understanding of how to create more inclusive and
effective institutions.
