I am writing to request your understanding and forgiveness for my absence on October 17, 2023. I
deeply regret not being able to attend class on that day.

The reason for my absence was I’m not feeling well that time. I understand the importance of being
present and fulfilling my responsibilities, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience my absence
may have caused.

If there are any tasks or assignments that I missed, please let me know, and I will do my best to make up
for them. I assure you that I am committed to my role and will ensure that this does not happen again in
