    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I was unable to attend
    school last week, due to an important qualifying interview at a university in Virac,
    Catanduanes that I had scheduled. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my
    absence and assure you that I take my responsibilities seriously.
    I understand the impact of my absence on school and I sincerely regret any inconvenience
    it may have caused. I take my commitment seriously, and I assure you that I will make
    every effort to make up for any missed work or catch up on any essential tasks.
    If there is any additional information or documentation required regarding my absence,
    please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. I would appreciate your
    understanding and support in this matter.
