AIZLE ANTONIO
President
Philippine Study Society

Pres,

Greetings!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from being a Public Information Officer at Philippine Study
Society, effective July 18, 2023. It has been difficult decision to make, but after careful consideration, I have come to the
conclusion that it is in my best interest to step down to my current position.

Recently, I was made aware of an organization affiliation that could potentially create a conflict of interest between my
position at Philippine Study Society and my existing commitment to Pioneer Publication. It is essential for me to prioritize
and maintain the integrity of both organizations, and thus, I find it necessary to step down from my position at Philippine
Study Society.

I would like to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this unforeseen circumstance. I genuinely
appreciate the opportunity extended to me by this organization, and I regret that I will not be able to fulfill my commitment
to join your esteemed organization.

I would also like to express my gratitude to all of the members of this organization for the welcome and support during my
brief association. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm demonstrated by everyone I
interacted with.

Once again, I deeply regret any inconvenience caused by my decision, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption to the
plans and operations of this organization. I wish you and the entire PhilStud family continued success and growth.

Herewith, is the Constitution and By Laws provided by the Pioneer Publication stating about this matter for your guide
and perusal.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Sincerely,

EARL KYAN M. ZUMARRAGA
