On June 11, 2023 Search and Reascue Riders Club and Baby Marsha in collaboration with Supreme
Brotherhood Charities Inc. will be having a Rider’s Charity Day for the benefit of :

 Seahnarra Astrid Balentos

 2 yrs old
 a resident of Bololacao, New Lucena
 with Congenital Heart Disease

 Danica Berdecio
 16 yrs old
 a resident of Ibacca, Roxas, Capiz
 with Diabetes

The venue for this event will be held in Brgy. Bololacao, New Lucena, Iloilo. Particpating motorcycle
clubs, organizations and individuals will provide financial support to the beneficiary as medical
assistance.

With this, we are requesting for your good office to allow us to do this activity and to provide
assistance for the safety of all the groups and individuals who will be participating for the success of
the Rider’s Charity Day.
