Dear Maam / Sir,

I am writing to you to request financial assistance for an upcoming sports competition, the
Congressional Meet to be held at Carmen, Cotabato. The event aims to bring together athletes
of different ages and backgrounds to participate in a range of sports activities. Our athletes in
Mariano Untal High School will be competing in the volleyball event.

We are seeking financial support to cover the costs associated with traveling expenses and
meals and snacks. With your help, we can make our athletes gain positive motivation, boost
their morale, and provide confidence in competing with other schools.

Your donation will help us provide an opportunity for our athletes to showcase their talents,
learn from one another, and compete in a fun and friendly environment. Additionally, it will
