We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. We are writing to you to humbly ask
your support for the athletes in our Municipality who have recently won the Unit Meet and
are scheduled to compete in the upcoming Division Meet.

Our athletes have worked extremely hard to reach this level of competition. However, many
of them lack the financial resources to purchase essential items such as shoes, food, athletic
uniforms, and vitamins to compete at their best in the upcoming Division Meet.

As a result, we kindly request your assistance in providing financial support for our athletes.
Your support would not only ensure that our athletes have the necessary equipment and
nutrition to perform at their best but also show our commitment to supporting our athletes.

Our athletes’ success in the upcoming Division Meet would not only bring pride to our
Municipality but also inspire others to pursue their dreams. Your support would help our
athletes focus on their training and compete to the best of their abilities, knowing that they
have the necessary resources to succeed.
