Hon.

We, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), are organizing a YOUth
Summer Camp in our barangay on the 26th-28th of May 2023 at covered court Taytay. With the
Theme: Empowering Youth Transforming Lives Making a Difference. Our organization aims to provide
a memorable experience for our youth members to promote camaraderie, leadership, and personal growth.
This activity aims to foster friendship among participants and to develop their leadership
abilities. A total of 120 people are expected to attend. 60 people from barangay Taytay and 60
people from other barangay who are our guests.

We are reaching out to you for your support in making this event possible. Any contribution you can
provide will be greatly appreciated and will go towards covering the expenses. We hope that we can
count on your support, and we are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
