Dear Mr. Pornales,

I would like to express my sincere apologies for not being able to attend the
scheduled meeting on February 25 and March 10, 2023. I understand that my presence at
the meeting is important, but unfortunately, I have a class to attend that is critical to my
academic progress.

I want to assure you that I am committed to working collaboratively with the

organization, and I will make an effort to be present in all future meetings. I value our work
together and the importance of staying up-to-date with all projects and tasks. Going forward,
I will make sure to communicate any potential conflicts or issues that may prevent
me from attending meetings in a timely and professional manner.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make up for my absence.
