Dear Ms. Anna Mae Salsona,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I wasn’t able to
attend the ROTC class on November 25 due to my commitment to facilitate the advance
volleyball game of CET.

As part of my responsibilities, I have been selected to contribute to the smooth

running of the volleyball event, and this commitment coincides with our scheduled
ROTC class. I understand the importance of our ROTC sessions, and I sincerely
apologize for any disruption my absence may cause.

I will make every effort to catch up on any missed material or assignments

promptly. I am committed to maintaining my academic responsibilities alongside my
extracurricular commitments.
