Dear Mr. Pornales,

I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my absence in the USG Meetings that took place
on February 25 and March 10, 2023. I understand that my presence was important for the success of the
meeting, and my absence may have caused inconvenience to the team.

I want to assure you that my absence was not intentional, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen
circumstances, I was unable to attend the meeting as planned. I had every intention of being there, but
last February 23, 2023, we had classes to attend as well as last March 10,2023.

I understand that attendance at meetings is a vital part of our teamwork and communication,
and I regret any negative impact my absence may have caused. I will make sure to keep you informed
and updated on any matters discussed during the meeting, and I will ensure that I attend all future
meetings as scheduled.

Once again, please accept my sincere apologies, and let me know if there is anything I can do to
make up for my absences.
