Dear Ma’am,
I am writing this letter to convey my deepest regret and apologize for not
attending the orientation of my daughter, MS. Mary Rose S. Ogoy, held on
January 26, 2023. It was an unplanned absence, and I had no intention of doing so
on that important day.
I was just so busy doing some errands that day, and I also can’t just leave the
house that easily since I have a son who needs extra attention and there is no one
who will take care of him instead of me. I need to fulfill his needs, especially since
he is very vulnerable and needs my full attention during that day. Even though I
want to attend the said orientation, unfortunately, I can’t make it. I can’t just
leave my son there.
At the said orientation, I agreed with everything discussed that day without
hesitation.
I am really hoping for your consideration.
