    Dear Ma’am:

    I intend to justify myself for the unlogged biometric attendance for my morning time-in dated January 14,
    2022 thus, leaving a blank space in my printed copy. I am certain that I was present that day, was able to
    log in that morning with the confirmation, and had the time written in the log book as a support.
    Unfortunately, there may be some kind of error when my finger print was being scanned by the biometric
    system so the log in time did not appear in my printed biometrics copy.
    I am hoping for your kind consideration on this matter. Thank you and God Speed!
