Good day!

I am writing this letter in response to the Memorandum dated February 6, 2024 with a Subject of
Submission of Proof on Complaint against Mr Michael A. Del Rosario, Officer in Charge of
Office of the SGOD. Mr. Del Rosario has been with us as the Chief of SGOD for more than a
year, its been a pleasant working with him and a bit of challenging. The letter that Mr.
Baldemoro wrote dated January 29, 2024 claiming his feedback of the leadership of Mr. Del
Rosario is a substantial issue that the Division should address. I attested my name and
signature to his letter because I believe that this is a matter that should be discussed amongst
us and issues should be addressed properly. When there are concerns what may affect me
directly or even indirectly I chose not to be neutral, I strongly believe that a clear and open
communication is the foundation of a healthy work environment.
Further, in my understanding in the aforementioned letter of Mr. Baldemoro, he was stating
feedback of the governance of our current Chief, I would agree with some of the issues raised
and do not personally agree with some since I did not have any encounter with him.
In the spirit of being Makatao, one of our DepEd core values, I am immensely hopeful that this
matter will be dealt kindly and harmoniously.
