    LETTER OF EXPLANATION

    MS. LALAINE CACAO


    Human Recourses/Finance Department

    Madam;
    Good day.
    I would like to put this letter as an explanation to your kind notice about my virtual attendance
    due to my name was not included in the virtual attendance log for the second semester, with this date
    as follows;

    1. January 13, 2023 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)


    2. January 20, 2023 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
    3. January 27, 2023 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
    4. February 17, 2023 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

    I wasn’t well aware that the virtual attendance log to be used was the one whoch link has been sent in
    our group chat and upon checking it, my name was not listed on it. However, I was able to log-in and out
    using the old virtual attendance except for January 13, when I forgot to log-out, but I reported it
    immediately to my head. I ensure this will not be repeated again. I shall be highly obliged for your kind
    assistance.
