Dear Customer Service Unit:

Good day.

This is in relation with my Auto Loan with Loan Account Number 0000-001361274-9 with past
dues amounting to P 51, 147.60. Provided with the Payment History as of January 24, 2023, it
has come to my attention that the reason for the accumulation of my past dues is the
imposition of Late Payment Charges since January 2022. First and foremost, as you would
notice, my recent payments usually fall on the 19th, 20th or 21st of the month, it so happened
due to my knowledge that my monthly due date is every 19th of the month and not 3rd as
related to me by the staff from the law firm. Had I known it earlier, I would gladly adjust my date
of funding my account so to avoid any Late Payment Charge.

Now that everything has been done and charges have accumulated already, I humbly and
heartfully request for a consideration to at least wave these charges. Honestly, I am currently
jobless and is trying to secure one as soon as possible. I reassure you of my commitment to a
smooth transaction with you proven by my regular funding to settle my monthly amortization. I
am looking forward to your favorable consideration regarding this matter.
