In order to generate and export a profit and loss document from Xero,
you must follow the following steps:

 First is to proceed to login.xero.com and enter the username,

“scaleupnz.auckland@gmail.com” and password,
“outsource3.”
 After logging-in, main screen will be shown. Make sure that
you have the correct organization which is “scaleup admin.”
 Click on “Accounting” tab and choose “Reports” from the
drop-down list.
 Available reports will be shown on-screen. Select “Profit and
Loss” under “Financial” section.
 The Profit and Loss Report of the current month will appear.
Change the date range at the top left corner of the screen to
update the net profit based on your desired date range.
 Once updated, click “Export” at the bottom right corner of the
screen and select “PDF” to export the report into PDF file.
Now you have the PDF file format of the report.
