The undersigned is seeking the approval of your good office to conduct a face-to-face
meeting with the major and non-major organizations’ President and Secretary or any
representative(s) regarding the proposed Teacher’s Day Program on October 5, 2023,
themed “Together4Teachers” to MBC Faculty and Staff.
The said meeting is on October 2, 2023, which will be held on the USG Office at 4:00
pm onwards.
On that note, may we excuse the said officers in their respective classes during the
meetings.
